There are a lot of dynamics that go into a delivery date. Please refer to your order confirmation for the most accurate delivery information. If you've checked this and are unable to find the information, please fill out an inquiry below and our support team will get back to you.

All products are custom and are not returnable or exchangeable.

If you feel it is a manufacturing defect, please compare it to the sizing chart provided in the online store and reach out via your order confirmation. Please include photos of the measurements, this will be required by the manufacturer to process a return.

We are so sorry you are experiencing a defect with your item. We do a quality check when receiving product in on our dock & before product goes out, but it's hard to catch everything. Please reach out via your order confirmation, and please be sure to include photos so we can better assist you. We want you to be happy with the product you receive, and would love to assist you in getting this resolved as quickly as possible!

We have LIMITED samples available at our Blaine & Plymouth location. If you are looking to try-on something specific, please contact us prior to making a trip into the store. 

Please note, we will always have more samples at our Blaine location as that is our headquarters and production facility.

OFFICIAL SHOP: Orders can be edited if within the ordering opportunity you placed your order in - please refer to dates in your order confirmation. Once the window closes, orders are not able to be edited. To make an edit during the acceptable time, please submit through the contact us on your order confirmation.

365 SUBLIMATION SHOP: Orders placed online in the 365 store cannot be edited as orders are sent to production as soon as the order is placed.

If you are looking to order from the official shop, unfortunately we do not accept late orders. We wish we could, but have to keep strict deadlines to ensure on time delivery to the orders placed during the window. Please wait until the next window opens up to place your order, or feel free to look at the 365 options!
