Lettermen Sports has deep roots here in our community, and we are nothing without all of our loyal customers! We want to thank all of you for your support and are looking forward to trying to build a great future with the challenges that have been presented to us. We at Lettermen Sports have been working to ensure the safety of both our staff and our customers, and in accordance with the executive order issued on Wednesday by Governor Walz, Lettermen Sports has been closed since March 27th. We are excited to let you know that we have re-opened our retail stores! We are working to bring things back online, and will be starting with temporary store hours as outlined above.
Status of custom apparel orders
Thank you so much for your custom apparel order with Lettermen Sports. We apologize for the delay that you have experienced following the shelter-in-place order that began on March 27th. The family has been working to process all orders that were in house prior to the closure, and we are continuing to work through those orders. Unfortunately, due to the customer facing nature of our business and the loss of revenue as a result of closing our doors for the past seven weeks, we did have to make the difficult decision to furlough almost our entire staff. In accordance with new social distancing measures, we are working to bring back production employees to assist in completing your order, but this does not allow for our standard full production capacity as of yet. We have re-opened our retail stores as of Monday May 18th, and will be letting you know as soon as your order is complete and ready for pick-up at one of our retail locations. If you paid for shipping you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped, and if you selected pick-up but would now like to have your order shipped you can reach out to us to update your delivery preference. Please note standard shipping rates of $9.99 will apply should you opt to switch. Your patience and continued support during this difficult time is greatly appreciated!
What if I recently placed a custom letter jacket order?
Due in part to all of the school closures, our letter jacket manufacturer has temporarily suspended production of new coats. We will be reaching out to you directly if you are impacted by this situation, and will be continuing to monitor the situation closely. We know that highlighting your students achievements is very important, and many are disappointed by the cancelation or postponement of their spring sports season. We too share in this disappointment, and are working to get your order processed as quickly as possible. If you have a new order that you would like to place, or need patches added to your jacket please stop in or call to get that process going.
What if I place an online order?
We LOVE that! If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your online order we will let you know right away. We have added in-store pick-up back to the checkout options on the website.
