Tees, hoodies and team runs
Screen Printing
Bold, long-lasting prints for tees, hoodies and team runs, printed on our own presses in Blaine. Screen printing is the classic way to put one design on many shirts, with bright colours that hold up wash after wash.

How it works
Each colour in your design gets its own screen. Ink is pressed through the screen onto the shirt, one colour at a time, then cured so it lasts. Once the screens are made, every shirt comes out the same.

Is screen printing right for my order?
It is the best fit when many pieces share one design in a few colours: team tees, event shirts, staff hoodies. For full-colour artwork, photos or a handful of pieces, direct-to-film printing is often the better choice. Tell us what you need and we will suggest one.
Questions
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, 6 pieces. The pieces can be different sizes, and names can change from piece to piece. There is no minimum on letter jackets.
How long does an order take?
Usually 2–3 weeks. From 1 November to 25 December, our busiest time, allow 3–5 weeks.
Do you charge to set up my logo?
No. There are no digitizing fees: we set up your logo for embroidery or printing at no charge.
What file should I send?
Whatever you have. We work with every type of file, from a vector logo to a photo of your old shirt.
Will I see a proof?
Only if you ask for one. We can send a proof before we decorate, but it usually adds time to the order.
How much will it cost?
Every order is quoted, because the price depends on the garments, how many and how the logo goes on. Call us or send an inquiry and we will get back to you with a quote.
