Questions about Ice Hockey Skates

Where can I buy hockey skates in the Twin Cities?

Lettermen Sports carries Bauer and CCM player skates and True goalie skates at our stores in Blaine and Plymouth, Minnesota, and online at lettermensports.com. You can order online and pick up in either store.

Which hockey skate sizes and widths do you carry?

Player skates come in youth, junior, intermediate and senior sizes. Bauer skates come in Fit 1, Fit 2 and Fit 3, and CCM in tapered, regular and wide fits, with D and EE widths on earlier models.

Can I get my new skates fitted, baked and sharpened?

Yes. Our Blaine and Plymouth stores fit, heat-mold and sharpen hockey skates. We also profile skates, from a single 7 to 13 foot radius to Zuperior, Ellipse and Quad profiles.

Should I choose Bauer or CCM skates?

Choose the skate that fits your foot best, then the family that matches how you skate. Bauer Vapor and CCM Jetspeed suit quick, agile skaters; Bauer Supreme and CCM Tacks suit power and stability. Our skate guides explain the difference.
