ProSharp Skate Blade Profiling

Profiling is the process of altering the shape, pitch, and radius of each zone to help you reach your desired performance. Depending on your play style or position, the right profile can positively impact your game and skating performance. Like sharpening, we recommend experimenting with different blade profiles to find which works best for your game.

  • Zuperior - Agility Profile - designed for agile skaters who want to be feel more on their toes and be more explosive when changing direction.
  • Ellipse - Dynamic Profile - combines elements of the Quad and Zuperior for players who want seamless transitions and smooth changes of direction
  • Quad - Power Profile - designed for powerful skaters who want to be centrally balanced and have the most amount of top end speed possible.
