These terms apply to lettermensports.com and to every order placed through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Lettermen Sports ("Lettermen", "we", "us") is a Minnesota business with stores in Blaine and Plymouth.

Using the site

You must be at least 18 to place an order, or use the site with a parent's or guardian's permission. You agree to give accurate account and order information, to keep your login private, and not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with it, or to copy or scrape its content. The content on the site, including photos, text and our logo, belongs to Lettermen or its licensors and may not be reused without our permission.

Products, prices and orders

We do our best to show products, prices and stock accurately, but errors happen and stock changes quickly. We may correct errors, refuse or cancel any order and limit quantities, including after an order has been placed; if we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full. Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and sales tax, which are added at checkout. An order is accepted when we ship it, not when you receive the confirmation email.

Custom gear and team orders

Custom apparel and gear are made to your specifications. Please check spellings, numbers, sizes and colors carefully before approving an order. Once production has started, custom items cannot be changed, cancelled or returned unless we made a mistake.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our shipping policy and returns by our return and refund policy.

Lettermen Loot

Lettermen Loot points are a benefit for our customers, not money. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and can only be redeemed as described on the Loot page. We may change or end the program, or correct points issued in error, at any time.

Gift cards

Gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise in our stores and online. They cannot be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it, and they are not returnable.

Reviews and other content you post

If you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm that it is yours and lawful, and you give us permission to use, edit and display it. We may remove anything we find inappropriate.

Safety and warranties

Hockey and other sports carry risk. Protective equipment reduces the chance of injury but cannot prevent it, and it must be fitted, worn and maintained as the manufacturer directs. Products are covered by their manufacturers' warranties. Beyond those, and to the extent the law allows, we provide products and the site "as is", without other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Lettermen is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the site or from products bought through it, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
