True Catalyst 9 Intermediate Hockey Skates
The Catalyst 9 is an elite-level skate from TRUE's agility-focused Catalyst line, built to bring the fit and comfort of a TRUE custom skate to a ready-to-skate boot, here in intermediate sizes.
What goes into it
- NEUROFIT+ one-piece carbon fiber shell, light and thermoformable, so the boot can be heat-molded to your foot, with a moderate stiffness.
- Dynamic flex tendon guard for more range of motion in the stride.
- FiberShield outsole, a thin, flexible layer over the boot that adds protection and stability on quick turns.
- TRUE Pro tongue with several absorbent layers for protection.
- HydroFoam Clarino liner that wicks moisture to keep your feet dry.
- Shift Max holder with a 9CR stainless steel runner and Bench Change Tech, a small blue switch at the back for quick runner changes.
Size and fit
Sizes 4 to 6.5 in the standard fit; the choices above show what is in stock.
Fitting, baking and sharpening
At our Blaine or Plymouth store we will fit you, bake the boot and sharpen the steel. See the senior Catalyst 9 or all intermediate skates.
