Bauer Pulse Junior 40 Flex Hockey Stick
The Pulse in a junior 40 flex, a step up from the softest junior sticks. Bauer gave the Pulse two energy zones in the shaft: it loads like a mid-kick for control and accuracy, then releases like a low-kick, quick enough to catch a goalie by surprise.
What goes into it
- Two energy zones in the shaft: a mid-kick feel with a low-kick release.
- Boron fiber: light, stiff and strong, for more energy in the shot. Bauer uses it from 40 flex up, so this is the softest Pulse that has it.
- Raised grip ink on the shaft to keep the stick in your hands.
- Stiff, light blade core for puck feel and pop.
- Higher balance point, so it feels lighter than it is.
Curve and hand
We carry it in P28 and P92 curves, left and right; the choices above show what is in stock. A player should be able to bend the stick on a shot: the Pulse 30 flex is softer, and the Pulse 50 flex a step stiffer.
