Bauer Vapor FLYLITE Intermediate Hockey Stick
The intermediate Vapor FLYLITE is for players who have outgrown a junior stick but are not ready for a senior flex. It has the same quick-release design as the senior stick: a TWITCH taper that starts closer to the bottom hand, so the stick loads early in the shot and snaps back fast.
What goes into it
- TWITCH Taper Technology: the taper begins nearer the bottom hand, for a quicker load and release.
- Aluminum in the blade: a thin sheet in the blade keeps the weight down without giving up strength or pop.
- Carbon layering in the shaft: keeps the stick light, for control when handling the puck in tight.
- Graphic: Bauer's nitrogen-blue Vapor look.
Flex, curve and hand
We carry it in 55 and 65 flex, left and right, in P28, P90T and P92 curves; the choices above show what is in stock. Players at this age are often growing fast, so choose the flex that bends for them now rather than one to grow into. Cutting a stick shorter makes it stiffer.
Try one in hand at our Blaine or Plymouth store, or see the senior FLYLITE and all Bauer hockey sticks.
