Bauer Vapor FLYLITE Youth 20 Flex Hockey Stick
The Vapor FLYLITE in youth size and a soft 20 flex. It is a low-kick Vapor stick built around Bauer's TWITCH Taper Technology: the taper starts closer to the bottom hand, so the stick loads sooner and snaps back faster for a quick release.
What goes into it
- TWITCH Taper Technology: a taper that begins nearer the bottom hand, to load shots early and recoil fast.
- Low kick point, as on every Vapor stick, for quick wrist and snap shots.
- Aluminum-reinforced HYP2RCORE blade: a thin sheet of aluminum keeps the weight down without costing strength or pop.
- Monocomp shaft with TeXtreme carbon fiber and Bauer's ACL 2.0 carbon layering, for a light stick that is easy to handle.
- Round shaft shape.
Curve and hand
We carry it in 20 flex, left and right, in P28 and P92 curves; the choices above show what is in stock. A soft flex lets a young player bend the stick and get the puck up. When your player bends this one easily, the next step is the junior FLYLITE in 30 flex. Cutting a stick shorter makes it stiffer.
Bring your player to our Blaine or Plymouth store to flex one and find the right length, or see all youth sticks.
