Bauer Prosharp Gummi Honing Stone
The Gummi hone is a support hone from Bauer's PROSHARP line that takes off the last of the burr after sharpening while protecting coated steel.
- Removes the remaining burr for a clean edge.
- Made to protect coated steel. For coated steel, Bauer pairs it with the white porcelain side of the X-5 or X-3 Combi Hone.
- Simple to use: Bauer's honing guide says to press the hone flush and firm against the blade, angle it 3 to 5 degrees, and run it once or twice down the runner.
