The Gel Max Power Flavor Fusion is Shock Doctor's Gel Max Power boil-and-bite mouthguard in flavored versions, with a convertible tether so it can be worn strapped or strapless.

Shock Doctor's boil-and-bite directions: bring 3 to 4 inches of water to a rolling boil, take it off the heat and let it stand 30 seconds, then put the guard in for no more than 60 seconds (attach the tether first if you will wear it strapped). Lift it out with a slotted spoon and cool it in tap water for 1 to 2 seconds. Line it up with the center of your upper teeth and press it on, molars first and then the front teeth, then bite down hard, suck in and press the edges with your fingers. Cool it in cold water for 30 seconds and check for a firm fit.
