True Catalyst 9X3 55 Flex Intermediate Hockey Stick
The Catalyst 9X3 in a 55 flex intermediate, for players who have outgrown a junior stick but are not ready for a senior flex. It was True's flagship mid-kick Catalyst in 2023, built around a foam blade core and a quad-rib blade structure for feel and shot accuracy.
What goes into it
- Optimized mid kick point that True tuned for greater shot accuracy.
- Foam blade core with SRT ribs that reinforce the high-impact areas of the blade.
- Square-corner, double-concave shaft for a comfortable grip and control.
- RESFLO laminate with fewer voids, for a stronger, more consistent stick.
- PLD (Precision Laminate Design), which places the carbon fiber where the stick needs it without extra material.
- Axenic Technology: True's one-piece build, for durability at the hosel.
Flex, curve and hand
We carry it in 55 flex, left and right, in the T28 curve, which True compares to a P28; the choices above show what is in stock. The intermediate is 58 inches long, and cutting it shorter makes it stiffer, so pick the flex for the length you will play.
