True Project X Storm Intermediate Hockey Stick
The Project X Storm is built around True's SMARTFLEX AI, an adaptive kick point that moves between low, mid and high kick to suit the shot. True designs it for players who want adaptability, precision and power; this is the intermediate stick.
What goes into it
- SMARTFLEX AI kick point that True says shifts in real time between low-, mid- and high-kick profiles: a quick release when the hands are close together, full power when they are farther apart.
- SRT-4S blade with four ribs running from heel to toe for strength and stability on hard shots, around a foam core built for strength at a low weight.
- Square shaft with slightly reduced corner radii for responsiveness, feel and control.
- PLD 2.0 (Precision Laminate Design), which True says refines fiber angles and material placement for strength at a low weight.
- ResFlo 2.0 and Axenic one-piece construction: a resin process True says cuts voids for a stronger laminate that holds its stiffness, in a one-piece build made for consistency, balance and feel.
- Soft gloss grip with a matte blade for stickhandling and puck control.
Flex, curve and hand
We carry it in 50 and 60 flex, left and right, in the T28 curve; the choices above show what is in stock. See the Project X Storm senior stick and the earlier True Project X intermediate 55 flex.
Flex one at our Blaine or Plymouth store, or see all intermediate sticks.
